As a client of Complementa you have the contractual right (licence agreement) to log-in to the client-area with your personal password. Your personal data are recorded to the therfore necessary extent respectively. You will get to a database (AMS Allocare), which is not freely accessible and from which your data are not passed on.

Complementa’s clients can download their reports and documents online at any time. Our Application Service Providing-Center (ASP-Center) also enables our clients to access the Allocare system directly. 

Our ASP Center also provides our clients with other relevant information such as news relating to their specific organization or more general announcements. Clients also find there lists of the Complementa staff assigned to deal with them.
